This podcast is for adults ages 18 and older interested in learning about functional foods and how they can heal the body, prevent disease, and improve overall general health, especially when coupled with other healthy lifestyle behaviors. I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Spinning Instructor. I have many years of experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition Counseling, and Fitness Training to women and men looking to improve their health, lose weight, or manage an existing medical condition with diet and exercise.
What I know for sure is this, IF YOU WANNA BE HEALTHY, YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK. There are no shortcuts.
