I look forward to helping my audience improve and maintain their health by providing them with a Registered Dietitian's perspective who also happens to be a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and spinning instructor with over 2 decades of fitness experience. My goal here is to provide you with well-researched, practical and easy to apply healthy lifestyle tips and information that can quite literally help you to improve your health and as a result, the quality of your life. 

Here is what I know for sure. If you wanna be healthy, you gotta do the work. There are no shortcuts.  I am going to keep it real with you. If you want gimmicks, look elsewhere; but If you want facts and relevant healthy-lifestyle information, you've come to the right place.
